This series of CMYK Serigraphs printed on fabric was a chance for me to archive and reminisce on the past. Memories that have easily been forgotten, but make me individual. For so long it’s been personally impertinent to hold on to childhood, almost idolizing it, constantly looking for ways to escape back to my “former” self. Turning twenty-one has been the first year I've begun to accept adulthood instead of fear it. Curating photos of my youth reminded me that even through aging, these parts of myself aren’t lost to time, they are what my foundation is built on and she will always be a piece of me.
